To clarify: This is IN ADDITION TO the drawing field. Sometimes people have their signature saved as a PNG or JPG so being able to upload it instead of drawing it on their phone/computer could be useful. A little ("Or upload your signature") below the drawing field would be great. The drawing field should disappear if a user uploads a signature, and then reappear if they remove the uploaded signature.
For the healthcare/medical industry, this is crucial! Would be the perfect addition to FormNX, since you already have medical form templates. It would also generally cover the legal industry too. It will be great if we can automatically close the form after a certain number of submissions. Useful for registration that has a quota, for example.

Navigation or Wizard-like options in multi steps forms: 1. Add steps name Or simple page number 2. Support for icons. 3. Different design options. 3. Enable/Disable option for this.
Currently, the logical condition works for form fields. But sometimes need to set a rule where the submit button is inactive until an answer is acceptable. For example if I have a yes/no question asking if a client performed a certain action and the client answered no, then I do not want the form submitted, until the client answers yes. another question could be did you review the contents of this form, the client could answer yes or no but the form still gets submitted Thus I would like to see a rule where the submit button is inactive until an answer is acceptable.
If you can also add the ability to restrict the dates to a certain start and end date, that would be great as well. For example, if we have a seminar from August 10-24, 2024, they can choose a date between that timeframe. And the ability to restrict dates to only newer dates (can’t select something before today) And the ability restrict dates to only older dates (can’t select something today or newer) And the ability to only select the past X amount of days, like a trailing date selector. For example, the last 7 days. Similar a trailing date selector for the future X amount of days. For example, the next 14 days.
Allows users to assign custom names to each page within the multi-step form widget. a Must for people with lot of Forms. Right now we have thumbnail view or larger view. We should also have list View with all the options (submissions, preview, copy form etc) displayed when user Hover over that specific Form.
We are able to define with File Uploads field how many files are allowed to be uploaded. Now Lets say I want users to upload 2 files. They upload one however we could not provide them hint that you can add second file as well. So I want them to get a hint how to add multiple files if required. Atleast Add the Button if user only added one and then they want to add one more they should have a way to do it and should know how to do it. Also give them a hint More than one Files are allowed

Repeatable section of multiple fields so the Form creator doesn't have to create same fields over and over for 1 form. Also they don't have to add conditions for each multiple fields. Lets say I want users to enter details e.g. Email, phone, address & upload Id of Purchaser however there are more than one purchaser. I would like to have conditional field "More than one Purchaser?" if Yes then whole section of fields (Email, phone, address & upload Id) Repeated for user to fill out just based on one one condition. We should also be able to add Borders to Sections as that will improve the aesthetics. If I want one section for Client details and one section for Client requirement/purchase details or whatever we are working with
Just because s**t happens and, even iv you have to confirm deletion, it's an additional safety layer I think is super useful. Should be quite easy to do, I guess.

I would like to be able to edit the style of the submit button to something other than what options are available on the submit button page. For example, I have a client that would like the button to be full with and also match the color of his website.

It would be great to have an element for "Name" (with a box for first name and one for the last name), "Address" (with boxes for Address, Address 2, City, State, and Zip, and "Phone" (that formats a phone number appropriately with parentheses and dashes.
Accept URL parameters and automatically populate specific fields using those parameter values. Example: https://formnx.com/jdu5bWnU?param1=12345 The value 12345 is inserted into a field in the form. This would be useful for passing dynamic data (user IDs, ticket numbers, reference codes, etc.) directly into the form without manual entry.
The option to auto fill the body with the form submission details based on the form field names and results. Instead of manually having to type and map each form field name and value.
Would it be possible, as a new feature, to be able to enable both the Thank you page AND a redirection after N seconds (configurable) after form submission? If not possible, to be able to add "buttons" in the Thank you page, instead of links only (for better UI / implicit usage of the "link" as a button) That would enhance my usecase where users submit forms integrated within my app, and must be redirected in my app after form submission. Branding should be left/right aligned when Submit button is center Aligned. Because when both are center aligned they almost gets fudged together. Confuses people
I think it might make more sense -- especially for a visual form builder -- to start the form-building process by asking the user to define some basic form layout/styling in a way that users can easily return to later, like in Mailchimp. When I first logged in to the product, I was disappointed by the default appearance of forms -- they were full width and it wasn't clear what kind of layout and styling options were available. I personally don't find the templates to be of great value because in most cases I already have fonts, color schemes, etc. defined in a style guide. It was only after I explored the interface more that I understood there were ways to modify the layout and other style preferences.

À dream feature, build workflow composed on forms. Let's imagine a 3 steps workflow, each step can be accomplished using a form. Each form could be executed several times, including a table containing each form submission. That would be magical, awesome. Tons of usecases. Example : a create an affair, first form to gather general info for the affair. Second step, to add people. The second step form could be run several time to collect people, with a table to show all created people record (bonus : a way to delete or modify created people). Thurs step, a validation form to collect consent or similar, and a payment. Upon completion, a new affair is created, the user receive a confirmation email, and a json structure containing all forms results is sent using a webhook. My dream!

The customer enters an address in one field like in Google Maps in FORMNX- and Google does an autocomplete and suggests correct addresses - after selection th right address- in the background the adress is filled in separeated fields(Street, Zip, City, Country) in FORMNX to enable easy sync with CRM or third-party applications. There is an Address Validation API by Google, which users can implement with their API on their own, so no additional charges for FormNX. The downside is that it is a bit technical, but worth it. :-)
I want to sometime hide MULTIPLE fields based on a user selection. I.e. let's say a users says YES to question [ Is your address still the same?] , to hide the multiple fields of the full address.

When setting up e-mail body, you can currently add as tags the content of the fields, but not their names (questions). This is in case of long form or long questions quite hassle, and also, if you change the title/question later, it is not updated in the e-mail body and you have to do that manually. Tags for the field names would solve all this.

I want to create a universal contact form, in which the visitor would choose the department, and the submission message would be then sent to e-mail of that department. If it helps, I can think about two possible ways: 1) add a new type of field "text calculation", in which you would be able to define calculations like "if the field Department contains value "Human resources", set the value of this field to "[email protected]" ". Then you would set this calculation field as e-mail destination in the e-mail submission settings. 2) let the user create multiple e-mail submission settings with optional conditions, so I would be able to set "if the field Department contains value "Human resources", use this e-mail submission template". If you implement the multiple e-mail submissions settings, the additional value would be that it would be possible to send multiple different e-mails upon single submission - for example for a test form, you may want to send the student e-mail only with the result, while the teacher should get detailed e-mail with all answers, and for example the HR manager from the student's company may want just e-mail that the student Joe Smith finished annual testing.
The UI/UX experience may be compromised when the flag and country code are displayed. It is suggested that an option be provided to include the country code or not when the flag is placed next to the Phone entry.

I was thinking in reference to the earlier feature that was implemented about the "all fields" in the email submission….. I noticed that all fields are being submitted in the email submission regardless of completed fields or not. It would be great to have and additional option instead of all fields, maybe submitted, populated or completed fields so only the fields that have been filled out are received in the submission report. This makes it nice when the data in the form is being copied for another app or use to avoid incomplete data.
If you have a live form which you later want to create a template from, the template should create a copy of the form for the template and not change the form from itself.
Its quite hard to download every submitted picture one by one

I wants forms to be submitted automatically after certain duration from initialization of form by responder. Duration should be customizable for form creator. And there should also be an customization option to show or hide countdown time for form creator.
FormNX already provides Google sheet integration, We're talking with Google dev to get approval on this integration. Meanwhile, you can still continue using it.

As the IP address is already being logged for the dashboard, it would be very helpful to have it as part of the generated email when tyhe form is submitted as well as to be able to pass it over to, for example, the Google sheet

you've recently added a take photo element. Would you consider creating a take video field. This would make it possible to have videos for recruitment purposes, or even for after-sales service in the event of a problem. It would make it possible to find solutions without necessarily having to travel. Ideally, there should be a time limit that can be selected (and a counter displayed when the video is taken). For example 2, 3, 5 or 8 minutes. Selectable by the form administrator.

We propose the implementation of a timer feature that will be applied to each question in the forms.
On the main form page we can put analytics code or some java script code. But can't place such code on the Thank You Page. When embedding an analytics pixel on such a page, the JS section would give the ability to track customers who reach the end of filling out the form and get to the Thank You page.
Actually when I'm in the calculation field, I can choose what to insert ONLY by selecting one by one the single questions I'm evaluating. Since the input menu is messy, It will be super useful to manually add their own field name (in this case I'm using a code) for the calc. I have this example: I need to add only the items that have a certain code, hidden to the client. If I have to select individually the questions, it'd be a huge waste of time. If instead, THE INPUT MENU IS ENABLED, I can just add all the items I've given a code to, like this: {RESIL01}+{RESIL02}+{RESIL03}+{RESIL04}+{RESIL05}+ ..... without picking one by one the questions. Basically, it's just making directly editable the input menu in which these code appear. Let us just input them manually without rematching question and code. Input camera option to take photo from camera instead of selecting from gallery
When sending webhook data only fields that have data are sent to the webhook, this means that if you use tools like Pabbly you cannot do anything with the empty fields as it does not see them. i.e. I need to know if a multiple choice has nothing selected out of the 10 choices. At this time Pabbly does not see this field so I cannot analyse it. It is the same with a switch.

It would be great if you could implement watermarking and encryption protection for PDF downloads. This would allow us to sell our PDF eBooks and prevent piracy. The use case is as follows: we upload our PDF eBook in WP and setup a paid digital download using FormNX with a mandatory email capture. Once the email is entered and the Download button is pressed, a watermark with the user's email address and/or encryption using the user's name as a password should be applied to the PDF before it is released for download. A while ago, I came across a one-person-developed WordPress plugin that allows the sale of eBooks with watermarking and encryption. It would be great if you could test it to understand its capabilities and implement something similar into your product. Add a counter to add a bit of gamification to quiz-type forms. This way, we can choose the amount of time to think about the question (e.g. 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 seconds, etc.). This little counter would be displayed so that respondents could see how much time they had left to answer the question. If the timer reaches Zero. The answer is blocked and you move on to the next question.
Edit: I found that user's information (e.g. Ip addressed) stored and can be viewed from eye-shaped button but cannot be viewed in the data table and cannot be exported as Excel or csv files. Include Ip address in the data base as I do not want people to submit the form more than once but activating the option of only one submission per Ip address, may make the user use VPN to submit multiple times. I just want the Ip address to be included in the data to filter the data after then, for example if the user submitted the form 20 times I will not show him a message that he can only submit one time but rather during analysis I will chose the first one and exclude the others and in this way I can know the duplicates without making users use VPN in which i will not know the duplicates. You can also add another column indicating if the response is duplicate or not to help people in analysis. In addition to that It would be better to do that in accordance to browser, like in some forms use cookies to prevent duplicates from the same browser, this will be helpful in institutional Wi-Fi like schools in which you will know the duplicates by seeing the response if it is from the same browser or not and also all of this without telling the user so that he not use another browser or use VPN
Edit: I found a temporary way, but it works only for reverse scoring, for example if your 3 fields scoring from 1 to 7, and the second question is reverse scored, you will calculate like that field1 + (8-field2) +field_3 here you the field 2 is reverse scored, you can do this to any range like if it is from 1 to 5 scale you will subtract the reversed questions from 6 and so on. Also, you should notice that in usual the calculation field will start from zero and then increase in values as the user answers questions, but in the above example it will start from 8, so user must answer all reversed questions in order not to disturb the calculation process, this would not be an issue if developers allowed assigning different values to scale rating and it would be helpful if they allowed calculations to other fields like matrix, too. I want to assign values to scale rating as some questions will be score reversed meaning best will take 1 and worst will take, but I cannot specify values for scale rating

I would like to be able to use calculations to prepare estimates and quotes and send to PDF. So columns for visibility would be good such item, description, quantity, unit, rate, total and so forth. Then allow to add a new row and repeat the process perhaps using dropdowns to create a database and automatically fill in fields such as rate and totals. Best Wishes
Hello, when will FormNX introduce the "qualified electronic signature (qeS)"?
It would be beneficial to include a QR code alongside the generated serial number for each Form entry. This would be particularly useful when using Formnx for ticketing.
Having a "sticky" save on the form would improve the user experience rather than having to always scroll to the bottom to save.
to give the calculator some fix values. i have more then 1 calculator in the form and must change the value in all calculators by hand. with this function i give them the value at the begin of the form hidden and the change in the form automatic.
Pdf file that gets attached to the email confirmation should also get a unique field of clients choice added to files naming convention. So its easy to distinguish the files
I'd like to prepare the questions with the scoring keys and set the proper order in an environment like Excel or Google Sheets. It would be much easier to arrange, mix the questions and set the scores all together in bulk. Do you think it's doable? Plan to?
search function is helpful on computers, but annoying on phones as it automatically opens keyboard which takes half of the screen and displace choices, if you want to navigate choices you have a little space on phones to do that, It will be helpful to put something like search icon next to the drop-down, if the user wants to search, he/she will click on it or make option to disable search function, otherwise it is too annoying on phones!

There is a bug in the form that affects the page view on mobile devices. Specifically, if the “Thank You” page is long, the form displays the page from the bottom instead of the top, potentially causing users to miss the initial content. Additionally, in multi-page forms, when clicking “Next,” if the first page is long, the next page is displayed from the middle and takes about 5 seconds before automatically scrolling to the top. The form should automatically start each page from the top to ensure a smooth user experience on mobile devices.

Depending on the size of the table, if someone is entering data into a table on a mobile device, it doesn't show the text they enter. It just looks like a blank space. This needs to be addressed since most of the world accesses the internet on their phone. I have attached 2 pictures of the same form with the same information entered. You can't see it when you shrink the screen down.

While using scale rating and increasing levels, new levels will drop to the second line and I want to add new features to choose whether you want them to be in a new line or be in the same line with scroll bar or be in the same line with decreasing size of boxes of levels, or may be making labels of "worst" and "best" above the scale not in the same line with the scale to allow for more space also this problem will appear in different devices like phones, you may have 5 levels on 3 lines distorting the shape and labels of the field while having the same scale on one line on computers, so enabling one line feature is important

Thank you page has buggy appearance, it appears as transparent then gradually become opaque too slowly and in the end accelerates suddenly and appear as fully opaque, all of these making dynamics of thank you page as buggy or unnatural.

This appears to be related to how Xfinity handles third-party scripts or iframes. Please consider investigating compatibility with ISP-level filtering and iOS WebKit behavior, and adding a fallback or compatibility improvement to your roadmap. I do not have issues when using other vendor forms.

ONLY allow access to a form based on pre-approved email (or username). The welcome screen should be able to be set as a LOG IN or CREATE accounts -- like most app builders have. E.g. when creating ORDER FORMS, you don't want any visitor to your website to be able to place an order unless they are an approved account holder, member of community etc. Giving people a password that they are supposed to remember is not practical in my use cases -- but rejecting unregistered emails and being able to save log in credentials would be the way to go. *this allows FormNX users to monetise their forms by requiring /giving paid access

It is not clear if progress is saved automatically while creating/editing a form. It would be great peace of mind to know that work is automatically saved. This could also be the start of some kind of version control functionality.
For example I enter my date of birth and it will give my age, and we can make conditionals with that answer... if is between 10 and 12 years then show... It should be easy to implement, you already do that for age verification
My use case is for construction and I want the users to be able to add a new item which would consist of four columns: Description, Qty, Unit, Rate, Total where the total - Qty x Rate. I need to be able to repeat this entire row. Additionally I would like to be able sum all totals if possible or create sub totals which would be carried forward and create a grand total of all the sub totals.
Instead of users having access to all forms in a workspace, allow admins to group forms together and grant access to other users to specific groups. This could alternatively be thought of as "multiple workspace support"
It's a useful text block but it totally lacks any formatting options, like font adjustments and links. Since it's the only way to add a standalone comment without interaction, it'll be nice to have more options in it.

For example, currently it only sends the email address of the person who submitted a payment. It is not always the situation that the email can be crossed reference to who made the payment - we need more data, such as the with my form in particular, the Agency Name, not just the name of the person. This adds a critical field that helps clients quickly see who is actually making a payment and for what.

In the email form submission, it would be nice to add more than one submission so the form submission could be modified and certain data could be sent to different people. Also, in the dropdowns, radio buttons and checkboxes, etc. it would be nice to be able like gravity forms to add an option such as "Yes" and then next the option an email address or other data for further customization. So maybe the question might be, who would you like to send this submission form to? and the radio button would show "manager" but in the backend it would be "Manager, [email protected]" and if that option was selected that form could be sent to the selected options email. The above are both features that gravity forms offers that are very helpful.
While using Arabic language in the form settings which depend on right justification of elements as it is written from right to left, thank you message text will not respond to "align in the center" button, it will be aligned in the center while editing but when I try the form it will be right justified, I think right justification of Arabic language affect the justification of thank you message text.

I like the logo to be small, so I set to 20% or even 10%. Looks great on desktop, but on mobile it's microscopic. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. We may need the ability to set a size for mobile and a size for desktop. Also, ability to choose PX or % would be best. Thanks.
This is a Bug. Zoom needs to be fixed on iphone when entering infomation. yes it should zoom however not so much that it goes out of screen. Just zooms to let the user know that field got selected and still should stay within the screensize Happening on Iphones Support mentioned not an issue for Android. Current Behavior: When using a form with an upload field, the "Submitting..." text only appears after the file upload is completed. Presently, users might perceive a delay before any indication of form submission appears. Displaying "Submitting..." from the start provides immediate feedback and assures users that their submission is in progress. Enhancement: The "Submitting..." text should be displayed before the upload process begins and persist until the entire form submission is completed.

Most of the time this field is read-only so better to make it read-only by default. It saves an extra configuration to do.
Sometimes it shows "Data not saved" alert even if someone hasn't started to fill out the form. This should only be shown if someone fills the form half and then tries to close the form.

Currently, in the List Submissions or the List Responses, there is an IP Address column.Don't display the IP address in the table. When someone clicks on the view model, then only inside that the IP address is already displayed, so just remove it from the table and the card view.
