A counter to limit the time taken to answer a question.

Add a counter to add a bit of gamification to quiz-type forms. This way, we can choose the amount of time to think about the question (e.g. 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 seconds, etc.). This little counter would be displayed so that respondents could see how much time they had left to answer the question. If the timer reaches Zero.
