Reusable custom lists

It would be very helpful to have the option to create custom lists that can be used multiple times in a form and in other forms within the workspace.

For example, in a sports league, game officials are assigned using a form that includes a dropdown list for each official. If the sport requires three officials, three dropdown lists must be created and updated manually every time an official is added or removed.

If there were an option to create and save custom lists within the workspace, these lists could be configured once and reused both in the same form and in others, eliminating the need for individual updates and significantly reducing administrative work.
